Recently , Dr. Feridun Hamdullahpur, Chairman of AMTD International (NYSE: AMTD; SGX: HKB), an integrated financial platform of AMTD Group and a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and SGX for his pioneering research results in mechanical and mechatronic engineering; and for his visionary work in academia. In 2022, a total of 99 people will be awarded the medal, and the list was announced by the Governor-General of Canada, Her Excellency Mary Simon.

 

 

 

 

 

The Order of Canada is the national decoration of Canada and the second highest honor in the Canadian Order system after the Order of Merit. Established in 1967 to coincide with Canada's centenary of Confederation, the Order recognizes the outstanding achievements of Canadians and the significant contributions they have made to Canada through lifelong efforts in their respective fields.
