Yesterday (April) 27th) went to Central Plaza to submit a political platform proposal to Li Jiachao’s campaign office.

The proposal puts forward more than 30 detailed suggestions in three areas: financial technology and technological talent cultivation, Hong Kong's technological innovation development, and further strengthening Hong Kong as an international financial center. The proposal points out that under the complex macroeconomic situation of unprecedented changes in the international situation, turmoil in the international financial market, and recurring epidemics, how Hong Kong can integrate into national development opportunities and continuously enhance Hong Kong's long-term competitiveness as an international financial center and innovation and technology center will is the focus of attention. Among them, the proposal calls for the new SAR government to create a local financial technology talent reserve project to provide financial technology and other talents with a global platform for communication, learning, training, entrepreneurship, business promotion, and resource docking; and to build a "Hong Kong-Shenzhen International Technology Talent Port" , formulate a talent policy system that is in line with international standards, such as implementing an international peer evaluation mechanism to introduce top international scientific research talents to Hong Kong; facilitate foreigners living in Hong Kong to go to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and mainland cities for business, scientific research and other activities, and promote Guangdong-Hong Kong Talent mobility; organizing the "Hong Kong Technology Talent Job Fair" to lead Hong Kong companies to recruit technology and financial technology talents in major mainland cities.
